Email scams #4




This is another one that is likely to cause trouble for the recipient!

This is hard for me because I have never done anything like this.. but I have a huge crush on you.

So much of a crush that you could not even use my email address!

I have never been able to tell you for reasons which you would quickly identify as obvious if you knew who this was.

Yeah, right! I believe you. NOT

There is of course a genuine e-cards.com site so not every e-card notification is necessarily a scam, but MAKE SURE before clicking anything. One of the words in the link was sex which sort of gives the game away.

The message header shows this is from some poor soul with a Hotmail address who has no doubt been hijacked.
