Email scams #5

Permanent TSB customers beware!

DO NOT CLICK IN ANYTHING IN THE EMAIL IF YOU GET ONE LIKE THIS.

(It may have pictures but I keep all email not in my mail address list sent to junk until I have vetted it.)

The Permanent TSB servers are located in Ireland.

(Permanent TSB web site is Open24 Online Banking. I have NOT seen the address mentioned in this email on that site.

Of course there is the inevitable grammar error. Until instead of before. English is a bummer to get right! Until is just SO continental English speak.

Taking a look at the header it is easily seen that this comes from Czechoslovakia.

Various parts have been blurred or deleted to protect me!

I reiterate

DO NOT CLICK IN ANYTHING IN THE EMAIL IF YOU GET ONE LIKE THIS.

Unbelievably Permanent TSB have no means for forwarding a possible threat email to their security and whilst they have a section on Security it fails to mention this type of scam. Not very impressive really.
